Job Description

-Designing and implementing after-sales service strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
-Overseeing the operational efficiency of dealerships, workshops, and customer service.
-Overseeing warranty operations, ensuring timely spare parts availability, and -resolving customer complaints effectively.
-Analyzing service data and presenting management reports to the CEO.
-Collaborating with sales, finance, and HR departments to align organizational goals.
-Evaluating and continuously improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
-Training and empowering service department team.
-Negotiating and finalizing service contracts with customers and suppliers.
