Job Description

- Provides administrative support; maintains calendar using judgement to determine priorities and make changes; arranges meetings; completes arrangements for travel and other activities. - Answer phone and providing prioritized call, give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls - Receiving, sorting and distributing mail to all departments - Letter preparation and email correspondences in both Persian and English - Archiving reports, memos, letters, and other documents - Welcoming visitors and clients - Handling correspondence, and reporting to manager - Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed - Organizing publications distribution for relevant staff - Respecting the confidentiality of documents and all information

Requirements

-Gender Preference: Female -Age range: 25 - 35 Requirement: - Experience as a secretary or similar administrative experience preferred Education: - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related fields Knowledge & Skills: - Fluent in English (Both written & spoken) - Excellent knowledge of MS office package, fast typing Behavioral qualities: - Positive Service delivery and Hospitality attitude - Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines - Interpersonal ability and customer management service - Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the workplace - Self-motivation - Passion to learn - Analytical Thinking - Result-Driven - Self-Management - Time Management - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Provide full secretarial & administrative support
