Job Description

  • Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the CEO and report the results immediately.
  • Arrange, manage, and organize the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
  • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
  • Answer phone calls and clients.
  • Carry out exhibition affairs.
  • Set up meetings.
  • Archive paper and electronic messages.
  • Do organizational correspondence.
  • Coordinate advertising tasks.
  • Database management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage the office.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed to working and having good social relations.
  • An orderly and well-dressed person.
  • A trustworthy and intelligent person.
  • Familiar with English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Focused mind and being able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A supportive and open line manager and colleague.
  • More than three years of experience in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience and experience in managing teams.
