Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the CEO and report the results immediately.
Arrange, manage, and organize the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
Answer phone calls and clients.
Carry out exhibition affairs.
Set up meetings.
Archive paper and electronic messages.
Do organizational correspondence.
Coordinate advertising tasks.
Database management.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
