Job Description
• Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
• Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
• Monitor all production and storage systems.
• Administrative personnel.
• Reporting to Finance Manager
• Responsible for ordering process based on customers/ market needs to factory and its logistics.
• Responsible for stock management in showroom & warehouse.
• Provided tech support for software installation and other customer service.
