Job Description

- Managing all office operations & activities. - Coordinating calls, meetings, and maintaining schedules, reminders & calendars. - Corresponding letters and documents in Farsi & English. - Register all incoming and outgoing letters. - Sending and receiving Emails and Fax. - Prepare and send outgoing mail and courier parcels. - Establish and maintain good long term relationship with customers, contractors and suppliers. - Preparing daily reports. - Welcoming & handling guests and visitors.

Requirements

- University Qualification - At least 2 years relevant work experience. - Oil and gas, Petrochemical and chemical industries experience is an asset. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point and outlook), and internet. - Highly Proficient in English, both written and spoken. - Must have strong organizational skills. - Must be able to multitask. - Self-motivated, mature, responsible, reliable, confident & result driven. - Be able to work independently and with a team.
