Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our admin team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities:
-Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel (domestic and/or international), and handle correspondence (email, phone, mail).
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital. This includes managing documents, invoices, and other important records.
-Data Entry: Input data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
-Office Management: Assist with office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office organization. May include managing the reception area and greeting visitors
-Project Support: Assist with various projects as assigned, providing administrative support as needed
-Communication: Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
-Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
*Qualifications:
-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Detail-oriented and accurate
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
