Job Description
• Receives and assesses incoming mail and, as appropriate, directs elsewhere or puts forward to the executive where necessary, first obtaining supporting information from relevant departments. • Deals with incoming telephone calls referring to the executive only where essential and acts as a focal point and filter for visitors, • Manages the diary and ensures either personally, or by delegation, the appropriateness of arrangements for meetings, travel, accommodation and events. • Acts as the executive's personal representative on internal and external matters of an administrative nature. • Undertakes a variety of special projects, involving internal and/or external research and liaison, on behalf of and within guidelines provided by the executive. • May take dictation or minute meetings and type up information where issues of a particularly confidential or sensitive nature are involved. • Support and cover reception activities in case of her/his absence. • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment. • Give support and direction to expatriates moving to Iran • Daily task to be supervised. • Submit reports to supervisor/manager.
Requirements
Education: Associate degree or Bachelor degree Experience & Knowledge: 2-4 years of experience in managing Office administration assisting managers Core Competencies: • Ability to speak ,understand English • Organization, punctuality, respect of deadlines • Determination & persistence, follow-up of different issues in the same time • Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing practices, buying principals and generally accepted procurement standards and ethics • Communication & Computer skills • Strong coordination and negotiation skills • Ability to manage long working hours • Ability to manage staff • Well organized
