Job Description

• Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Give advice on investment activities.
• Ensure financial legal requirements are met.
• Analyze prices, expenses, sales data, and other variables to compare the company's performance with the business plan.
• Provide financial models for the companies.
• Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
• Monitor the performance of the financial department and provide targets and plan to meet them.
• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
