Job Description

• Responsible to lead and supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting functions including not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, audit and VAT • Managing the external auditor relationship and ensuring the organization in compliment with accounting standards • Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organization and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice • Carrying out the complete process of entering into Stock- Exchange and handling all afterwards related Stock- Exchange development
