Job Description
1- Plan, manage and implement the administration and finance system of the company and, particularly, will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Accounting and other financial activities.
- Implementation of procedures and operation methods
- Internal control
- Existing Software and its adaptation to requirements and compatibility with production
- Standard reports (regular and extraordinary)
2- Will coordinate and be responsible for compliance of the instructions of the shareholders regarding accounting and taxes, meeting national and international regulations in the following areas:
- All accounting activities
- Tax (calculation, tax declaration on time, link with the Iranian tax office and appropriate collaboration as necessary solving probable conflicts)
For this will count on specialized external advisors as required.
3- Coordination with the General Management of the financial planning that allows an efficient resource Management and monitoring report of the plan, communicating possible deviations to the Management to adopt corrective/preventive actions on time.
4- Manage together with General Management of the assets of the company (short and long term) to minimize financial risks.
5- Cooperation with external auditors and with requirements of information of the shareholders.
6- Manage relations with Banks, government offices, organizations, etc. and act as representative of the company in committees and commissions when requested by the Management.
