- Ability to effectively present information, respond and follow
-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers, and subordinates
- Identifies client's requirements, promotes services, defines the process and related materials, provides quotation & contracts, acquires customer paperwork, resolves issues, and communicates job status
- Establishing relationships with new clients, maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
- Capable of planning effectively, organize and audit
- Skilled in conflict resolution and superior problem solver for clients
- Work quickly and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to details and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures, and discrepancies
- Setting and achieving sales targets and goals while motivating account executives to do the same
- Fluent English is a MUST
