Job Description

The account manager, is the bridge between the client & the agency. They are constantly solving problems, Managing communication, and driving projects completion. • Ensuring the agency is meeting the client's needs • Solving problems within the account management team • Managing internal & external communication


Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering preferred • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets. • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Preferred Skills/ Experience • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • High level of analytical and organizational skills • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities. • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness. • Fluent in English
