
The owner of the position is responsible from A to Z for the foreign procurement and logistics affairs for the allocated suppliers he/she has, under the direct supervision of the foreign purchase manager and the managing director.
Roles:
Responsible for all supplier affairs, such as correspondence, shipments, delivery schedule, and expenditures.
Evaluates and analyzes information about supplier performance and consult with the manager for the correct action.
Negotiates with suppliers to maintain the suppliers and try to have the best deal.
Tries to find the best connection in government org to facilitate the affairs
Best tries to have the best way for importing in order to have the best price in sooner time and reduce the final cost
Sourcing for new suppliers in the best condition to add to the number of suppliers.
Prepares the contracts with suppliers with consulting of superior and general manager .
Updates with the latest news and laws, and take quick and correct actions.
Manages the procurement governance process across the business, policy, and procedures.
Assists the manager in developing the purchase and procurement policy and procedure, and ensure they follow the instructions.
Prepares the suppliers' reports promptly.
Updates the management and deliver the reports promptly.
Conditions:
Company Location: South Ferdowsi, St. Sarhang, Sakhaee St.
Working days: Sunday to Wednesday 8:30 to 18:00 and Thursday 8:30 to 14:00; (flexibility in work time changing).
Holidays: Fridays and Saturdays.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
At least 7 years of related experience.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of foreign purchases and imports.
Excellent correspondence skills.
Capable to have more responsibilities and promote to higher position
Strong knowledge of the planning process and acting on a timely basis.
Strong communication skills.
High personal motivation and a sense of urgency.
