Job Description:
• Sending inquiries to suppliers to get the right price, the right product for raw and packing materials, and goods and services.
• Interacting with logistics service providers to understand the dynamic of the market.
• Being in contact with local authorities to ensure full alignment with rules and regulations.
• Order placement with suppliers considering full cooperation with the supply planning team.
• Handling local formalities including order registration and bank allocation.
• Preparing and handling all documents that are required throughout the inbound logistics process including custom clearance.
• Interacting with Finance for related issues to payments as well as obtaining bank guarantees.
• Inputting timely and accurate data in systems/files to ensure on-time reporting.

Requirements:
• A university graduates.
• Good level of English.
• Working experience in foreign procurement and inbound logistics.
• Action-oriented approach and team player.
• Work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
• Full alignment and smooth communication with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory.
• Full alignment with R&D and technical team to ensure the right specifications of materials and spare parts.
