Here Are the Key Accountabilities:
- Being a single point of connection between all the departments.
- Follow requests like receiving, invoicing, and payment.
- Supervise the archiving situation, which is prepared by specialists, including hard copies and electronic.
- Put all the contract information together and prepare a draft version of the contract.

Requirements:
- Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- SAP or any ERP skills are preferable.
