Soleh Iran seeks a Junior Professional Legal Expert specializing in commercial and oil contracts, as well as transportation and shipping agreements. Situated in Tehran, this role involves providing comprehensive legal consultancy within an engineering company known for its specialized projects.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts related to oil, transportation, and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and strategies to management and other departments.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners to protect the company's interests.
- Conduct legal research to support contract management and dispute resolution.
- Assist in managing and mitigating legal risks across all business operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Knowledge of commercial, oil, transportation, and shipping contracts.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
