Research and Development Expert

Job Description

•Design and develop formulations for new products and improve existing products.
•Plan and conduct panel tests and analyze results to optimize product formulations.
•Review production data (complaints, waste, and non-conformities) and implement corrective actions related to formulation or processes.
•Collaborate effectively with the Quality Control department to define technical specifications and quality indicators for raw materials and finished products.
•Work closely with the production team to transfer technical knowledge and ensure proper implementation of formulations.
•Prepare periodic reports for management and propose improvement actions.
