Hiring a senior IT specialist and digital growth (Digital Growth & IT Specialist)


Career Position Description:

IT hiring full -time, digital and creative growth that can independently and targeted managing all the company's websites technically, SEO, security, content and digital marketing, using artificial intelligence tools and modern digital marketing principles, play a key role in enhancing online sales and attracting global customers.

The main tasks:
-Manage, support and update all company websites (WordPress or dedicated CMS)
-Technical, internal and external implementation to increase organic traffic
-Production or optimization of content with the help of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGpt, Jasper, etc.)
-Design and execute digital marketing, sales and marketing campaigns
-Implementation and management of smart bottings and user behavior analysis tools (such as hotjar)
-Website data analysis and detailed reports of traffic, conversion rates and campaign performance
-Cooperation with the design, legal, sales and brand management team for the implementation of growth strategies

*Skills and Specialists Required:

A)Technical:
-Full mastery of WordPress or CMS Similar + Host and Server Management
-HTML, CSS, JS + Good understanding of Back-End languages (php, python)
-Mastery of SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMRUSH, AHRREFS
-Experience in SEO technical settings, Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization
-Familiar with UI/UX
-Familiar with Illustrations
-Artificial Intelligence:
-Practical familiarity with content and analytical AI tools
-Experience Chat Bot Design or Sale Automatic Automation

B)Digital Marketing:
-Introduction to Funnel, CRO, Conversion Rate, Email Marketing Concepts
-Introduction to advertising tools (Google ADS, Meta ADS) is an advantage

C)Software and Analytics:
-Mastery of Google Analytics 4
-The ability to analyze data and extract decisions
-Desirable personality and characteristics:

-Eager learning continuous and up -to -date with new tools
