Job Brief:

A Warranty Branch Supervisor is responsible for carrying out all the warranty activities with close coordination of respective Branches. The focus of this position is to lead the Customer Quality and Warranty team assuring Customer satisfaction. He/She also monitors the Branches Staff Performance and will be responsible for assessing their work and giving them feedback to maximize performance. An excellent Branch Supervisor must have proven customer service experience and be familiar with different service providers in main cities. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate.

Responsibilities:

  • Certify, authorize, and process the contract signature process with service providers.
  • Handle and resolve branch and customer issues.
  • Measure the branch's performance with key metrics such as TAT, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
  • Visit branches and prepare visit reports.
  • Prepare and follow a financial process and payments of different shops.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • 3 years of related experience.
  • Solid interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required.
