Job Description
● Controlling the inventory and preparing the shortage list to be purchased.
● Ordering and tracking the purchase.
● Obtaining management approval for purchase requests.
● Collaborating with procurement unit and providing necessary information for purchase.
● Monitoring and managing the daily affairs of the warehouse.
● Identifying and handling the stock shortages on a regular basis.
● Resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
● Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
● Maintaining metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training and safety records.
● Recommending optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
● Monitoring finished goods.
● Optimizing and Monitoring layout, location, and process of warehouses.
● Preparing the appropriate reports requested by the manager.
