Job Description

Your mission at Zarin Broadcasting Company is operational supervision of warehousing and distribution affairs and implementation of activities required to effectively implement the set instructions and ensure the accuracy of the documents registered in the warehouse.

Roles:

• Controlling the inventory of the warehouse based on the documents registered in the system and notifying the relevant manager of possible discrepancies.
• Checking, monitoring, and following up on the process of supplying the machine and covering the sales requests according to the specified and determined dates with the 3PL logistics representative to ensure the correct operation and report to the management to issue the appropriate action.
• Coordinating with 3PL logistics representative, checking the invoices approved by the sales unit, planning the distribution, and recording the goods departure documents in SAP software.
• Reviewing returned invoices and registering related documents to settle accounts with distributors.
• Supervising the arrangement of goods in the warehouse to ensure compliance with the instructions for product storage, protection, and storage.
• Supervising warehouse operations to ensure the correct implementation of instructions and procedures.
• Monitoring the distribution process, distribution fleet, distributors, delivery time, and other operational indicators to ensure proper operation and report to management to issue appropriate action.
• Communicating with the supply planning and logistics planning unit to coordinate and improve the product supply processes.
• Preparing necessary reports to present to the relevant manager.
