Warehouse Expert

Job Description

• Efficiently oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing pharmaceutical products in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software, ensuring real-time tracking of product quantities, expiry dates, and lot numbers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment and distribution.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and teamwork.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to create a secure and compliant work environment, minimizing risks and hazards.
• Perform regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment, identifying maintenance needs and addressing any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and streamline workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management, showcasing warehouse performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
