Job Description

• Perform software product installation, configuration management, maintenance, testing and documentation for virtualization environments under “Sarv Hami Pars” support. • Install, upgrade, support, VMware VDI horizon infrastructure. • Ensure highest level of availability, reliability and performance. • Mentor and create documentation/knowledge base articles for the lower tiers of support to allow them to successfully complete routine tasks and troubleshoot on the infrastructure under support. • Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues; suggest and document workarounds and solutions. • Collaborate with other members of the senior team on design and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

- Has at least 3 years of experience in processing infrastructure support and storage of data centers on a large enterprise scale - BSc or MSc in Computer Eng. Or IT field - Familiar with VDI environment. - Familiar with the concepts of network and software-based networks. - Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems. - Familiar with VMware Horizon View - Effective and personable communication with customers and vendors to achieve desired results. - Advanced knowledge of servers used for virtualization • - Strong and proven troubleshooting ability in a large scale, fast-paced operations environment. - Ability to work in crisis situations and manage these situations.
