Requirements
- At least bachelor's degree in business or related fields
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to lead the sales team, formulate sales, with knowledge in cellulose field, agriculture, animal husbandry and chemical industries
- Predominant in techniques of negotiation
- Regulation and implementation of modern systems in the sales unit and distribution network self-made, developer and ambitious
- Fluent in designing and developing a sales organization, sales plan, targeting and data analysis ability
- Ability to travel
