Responsible for the development and implementation of value and access strategy for Novartis portfolio in Iran while building and sustaining long-term customer partnerships with key accounts that create mutual value.
Ensure pricing is optimized and within global recommendations.
Work with TA Head(s), country head, and levant value and access team on the development and implementation of access projects for key products.
Identify and communicate evolutions and trends in the healthcare environment with potential impact on pricing, reimbursement, formulary listing, and value assessment, and co-shape country strategic access plans and capabilities.
Establish relationships with local academics and Influential key opinion leaders in healthcare to collaborate on shaping the value and access environment in the country for the betterment of patient outcomes.
Work with public affairs on key local and/or regional initiatives involving key decision-makers in the healthcare sector and/or health authorities.
Work with regional and local pharmaco-economy institutions to adapt Novartis products in their best position in front of the Ministry of Health pharmaco-economy dept. and related scientific societies.
Requirements
A university degree (Science, Business, etc,); or an MBA graduate (MD/PharmD/PhD).
Significant experience in pharma, biotechnology, and/or device industries, including pricing, value, and access roles.
Experience in key account management.
Demonstrated ability to think broadly and innovate within the pharmaceutical business, especially around product licensing opportunities and achievement.
Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix and widely dispersed organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
