Job Description

We are looking for a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our team in the food and drink industry. As a UX/UI Designer, you will have a critical role in enhancing the user experience and visual appeal of our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and create engaging visual elements that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points related to the food and drink industry.
Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts and user journeys specific to our products and services.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for our websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Create interactive prototypes to validate and iterate on design concepts, incorporating user feedback and usability testing.
Maintain a consistent design system that reflects our brand identity and values, ensuring UI elements and patterns are reusable and consistent across platforms.
Conduct usability tests and user interviews to gather feedback and validate design decisions, making data-driven improvements to enhance the user experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design for the food and drink industry, and incorporate them into our design processes.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support during the development phase.
Continuously monitor and analyze user metrics, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and propose design enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably within the food and drink industry or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to create user-centered design solutions for digital platforms.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools to gather user insights and validate design decisions.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) for effective communication within an international team and understanding project requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A passion for the food and drink industry, with a deep interest in understanding user behaviors and trends within this field.
