Responsibilities
Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the product manager and engineers.
Planning and conducting user research.
Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, visual and graphic designs.
Participating in user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand and empathize with user needs and preferences.
Analyzing user feedback and metrics to make data-informed design decisions.
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively integrating them into your design processes.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role preferably within an in-house team.
Portfolio of design projects.
Well-acquainted with user experience and Interface best practice methodologies and design.
Proficiency in standard UX software tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience creating personas and journey maps.
Demonstrable knowledge of how everything translates from one device to another.
