Job Description
A reputable Chiness Company in the Mobile industry, (OPPO) which plans to establish a Joint Venture with Pars Samtel in Iran, is looking to hire a Training Manager with below qualification:
1. Training System Development
Establish and improve the company’s training management policies, procedures, and standards;
Develop annual training plans and budgets, ensuring alignment between the training system and corporate strategy;
Build a comprehensive training framework, including onboarding, on-the-job, management, specialized skill, and leadership development programs.
2. Training Needs Analysis and Planning
Identify training needs across departments through interviews, surveys, and performance analysis;
Formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans;
Design training and capability development programs for key positions, core employees, and talent reserves.
3. Training Organization and Implementation
Organize and execute company-level training projects (such as orientation, management training, and professional skills programs);
Select appropriate training methods (internal, external, or online training);
Conduct or host certain courses to enhance training effectiveness and participant engagement.
4. Trainer Team Development
Establish and manage an internal trainer system, cultivating in-house instructors;
Organize trainer selection, training, and teaching evaluations;
Encourage knowledge sharing and experience exchange, promoting a learning-oriented organizational culture.
5. Training Evaluation and Effectiveness Tracking
Design and implement a training evaluation system covering satisfaction, learning, behavior, and performance levels;
Continuously improve training quality through assessments, feedback, and follow-up training;
Regularly produce training reports to support HR decision-making.
6. Training Resources and Vendor Management
Maintain a database of training vendors (institutions, instructors, and platforms);
Evaluate the quality and cost-effectiveness of external courses and trainers;
Control training budgets and costs to ensure optimal return on investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields; experience in mobile phone industry training preferred;
Over 3 years of experience in corporate training management, preferably with experience in independently developing training systems;
Familiar with training system design, proficient in PowerPoint creation, with strong communication, coordination, project management, and organizational skills;
Experience in corporate culture building and talent development systems is a plus."
