- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training employee/leadership programs.
- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses.
- Redesign, develop, and maintain performance management system.
- Help to design and develop a career path and succession plan.
Requirements
Master in HR management, MBA, psychology or other relevant field.
2+ years of workexperience in a training & development or similar role.
Familiar with tarining thoeries and models.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
