Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our growing company. As a Training and Development Specialist you will be working directly with our Human Resource team, conducting training need assessment for all employees to determine the individual learning needs and providing effective learning solutions to implement staff development plans as well as joining like-minded professionals continually focused on sharpening skills and knowledge to remain at the top of our industry. As a Training and Development Specialist your key responsibilities will include: ● Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. ● Work across all levels in the organization to assists designing Individual Development Plan (IDP). ● Implement learning solutions in an effective way to meet Farabi standards. ● Make sure the training data are kept accurate and updated. ● Evaluation programs by examining the factors involved such as content, educational methods, duration, location and facilities of institutions and companies and training centers. ● Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. ● Participate in the on boarding of new hires and assign them to training sessions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human resources, Industrial Eng., Management or a relevant field. ● + 3 years of proven experience as training and development specialist. ● Fluent in English. ● Full knowledge of Microsoft Office. ● Ability to design, communicate and facilitate training in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of the organization and for multiple cultures. ● Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. ● Familiar with training standards specially ISO 10015. ● Ideal age: 25 - 30.
