Job Description

● Collaborate with setting training budgets. ● Cooperate with the educational needs assessment. ● Collaborate with designing educational programs. ● Collaborate with the production of educational content. ● Hold training programs. ● Prepare monthly reports based on statistical standards.

Requirements

● Understand the concept of competency and methods of competency development. ● Mastery of the training process (needs assessment methods, training course design, effectiveness evaluation methods). ● Knowledge of training methods. ● Knowledge of statistical indicators of education. ● Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 10015 standard. ● Knowledge of the requirements of the Iranian Quality Inspection Standard (ISQI) in the field of education. ● Familiarity with the concepts of education in the automotive industry. ● Responsible and orderly.
