A reputable pharmaceutical company, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry with over 60 years of experience, is looking for a Foreign Trade Manager with strong experience in senior management and pharmaceuticals in Tehran. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's foreign trade strategies - Guide and monitor the import and export processes of pharmaceutical products - Manage relationships with international suppliers and customers - Analyze foreign markets and identify new opportunities - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the supply chain - Analyze global raw material price trends and forecast supply risks. - Accurate reporting of inventory status, orders in transit and final costs (Landed Cost). - Evaluating supplier performance and improving the supply network based on quality and delivery schedule. - Identifying and validating international suppliers of pharmaceutical raw materials (manufacturer confirmation and quality standards). - Conducting trade negotiations, managing purchase contracts (Price Negotiation, Lead Time, Payment Terms). - Monitoring the issuance and review of Proforma Invoice and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards. - Close cooperation with the regulatory unit to obtain the necessary licenses (entry permit, IRC and registration of pharmaceutical products). - Following up on the allocation of pharmaceutical currency and financial processes in the comprehensive trade system and the Central Bank. - Ensuring compliance with the Food and Drug Organization's regulations regarding the import of raw materials and pharmaceutical products. Qualifications: - Strong experience in foreign trade management and pharmaceutical industry - High ability in negotiations and management of international relations, conducting business negotiations, managing purchase contracts (Price Negotiation, Lead Time, Payment Terms). - Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations - High management and leadership skills
