Manage the entire import registration process through the Iran Comprehensive Trade System (NTSW) and other relevant trade platforms.
Oversee customs clearance procedures, international logistics, shipping operations, and commercial documentation.
Supervise the proper execution of transportation contracts and ensure compliance with Incoterms.
Conduct professional business correspondence with international suppliers and lead commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with international freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
Coordinate closely with the Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.
Evaluate and compare suppliers' quotations, pricing, and technical specifications.
Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and purchasing standards.
Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and purchasing reports.
Identify and manage commercial, foreign exchange, logistics, and supply chain risks.
Design, implement, and continuously improve foreign trade and international procurement processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Foreign Trade Manager, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the food industry and agricultural commodities.
Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
