Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire import registration process through the Iran Comprehensive Trade System (NTSW) and other relevant trade platforms.
• Oversee customs clearance procedures, international logistics, shipping operations, and commercial documentation.
• Supervise the proper execution of transportation contracts and ensure compliance with Incoterms.
• Conduct professional business correspondence with international suppliers and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with international freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.
• Evaluate and compare suppliers' quotations, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and purchasing standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and purchasing reports.
• Identify and manage commercial, foreign exchange, logistics, and supply chain risks.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve foreign trade and international procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Foreign Trade Manager, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the food industry and agricultural commodities.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
