● Define and implement the commercial marketing strategy mix for each product and sales channel (including listings, POS, pricing, advertising, and shelf placement) as well as prepare communication materials.
● Create and implement trade marketing and merchandising activities in line with company marketing strategies and sales approach.
● Manage and reports accurately in-store execution KPIs (planograms, shelf share, POS visibility).
● Prepare market reports, and follow the competition as far as product launches, pricing, and trade promotions.
● Define and help maintain the core range distribution and merchandising guidelines by channel.
● Develop and execute the trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the trade marketing budget.
● Improve the brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
● Lead and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
● Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
● Lead activation programs with partners/agencies to improve brand visibility.
Requirements
● Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good influencing power and the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix.
● Knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising concepts and best practices.
● Understanding of consumer and shopper insights.
● Dynamic and proactive person, with a can-do attitude.
● Fluent in English.
