List of responsibilities:
● Recognition and observation of competitors ' activities on the target market.
● Compiling and planning seasonal activities to develop brand penetration in the target market.
● Forecasting, preparation and suggestions regarding the necessary promotional tools.
● Making weekly and monthly reports of the sales process and provide corresponding solutions.
● Compiling the introduction plan of new products and plan to re-launch the current products.
● Developing the action plan for any marketing activity.
● Routine market visiting and preparing report of the status of brand presence on the supply level.
● Accompanying with the sales team and the periodical market visit with them.
● Training the sales team and resolving issues related to customers’ needs.
● Controlling competitors pricing strategy.
● Cooperating and tracking entire tasks related to designing and production of various promotional materials ranging from display, printing advertising tools.
● Reporting to: Brand Manager.
● Length of probation period: 3 Months.
● Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 9 - 17 - Thursday: 9- 13.
● Travel requirements: On Occasions.
Requirements
University qualifications:
● Bachelor: Business Management, Marketing Management, International Commerce, Industrial Engineering with a MBA from a reputable Institute (MBA is plus for all).
Nature and length of previous experience:
● At least 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
● At least 3 years of proven experience in the marketing unit in the FMCG industry.
