● Monitoring competitor’s activity.
● Auditing POSMs and shelf rents with the sales team.
● Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing teams, and assessing against goals (KPIs).
● Training the team with product knowledge and merchandising technics.
● Implementing and executing of trade marketing plan that aligns with marketing and sales.
● Identifying new opportunities with trade.
● Analyzing retail audits and defining a proper action plan for the sales team.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate (A degree in Mathematics is required).
● Good knowledge of trade marketing in the FMCG industry.
● Fully conversant with MS Office, especially Excel.
● Good presentation skills.
