As a total reward manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and other reward programs to attract and retain top talent. Your expertise in employee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management will play a crucial role in ensuring our company remains competitive and maintains a motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company's total reward strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards package remains competitive.
• Design and implement innovative compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, and commission structures.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to total rewards
• Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to develop and deliver training programs related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of total reward expenses.
