Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled total reward manager to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry. As a total reward manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and other reward programs to attract and retain top talent. Your expertise in employee compensation, benefits administration, and performance management will play a crucial role in ensuring our company remains competitive and maintains a motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company's total reward strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards package remains competitive.
  • Design and implement innovative compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, and commission structures.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to total rewards
  • Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to develop and deliver training programs related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of total reward expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in total rewards management.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, including job evaluation, market pricing, and salary structures.
  • Proven experience managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
