Technical Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service for biomedical equipment, focusing on IVD systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance.
- Train and guide end-users in the proper operation and handling of biomedical equipment.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new devices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a support technician in the biomedical field.
- Strong understanding of IVD systems and their applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with team members and users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
