About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team (blockchain, hardware, and software developers) and help us build great products. You’ll also manage our infrastructure and ensure all internal systems operate securely and effectively.
To be successful in this role you should collaborate closely with business management and design counterparts in driving the engineering team’s roadmap, helping clarify technical trade-offs given existing priorities, and ensuring delivery on commitments in time and in full.
Role description:
● Interact with external partners and oversee all software and hardware development plans from ideation to execution.
● Make sure we keep up with innovative technologies, especially in blockchain and cryptography methods that maximize our productivity and help our company grow.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields.
● Solid understanding of Java or .NET framework.
● 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in back-end development.
● Understanding of Dart, Electron, Java Card, and Hardware Development.
● Excited to join an early-stage startup and solve a lot of problems that can’t be easily Googled.
● Never tired of learning.
● Be a pro in edge techs like NFTs, DAOs, and Web3.
Nice to have:
● Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Hot and Cold Wallet, and cyber security.
