Job Description

  • Support customers for testing new device samples and prepare test reports, and follow up solutions with HQ.
  • Keep close communication with customers and HQ for in-time support.
  • Work with customers to collect product spec and competition information, and update to HQ.
  • Help customer after-sales service department to get the necessary support from HQ.
  • Follow up with HQ and customer side for each technical issue till it close and record them in the report for a weekly update.
  • Support customer factory production technology updates and share reports of their production issues.
  • Prepare SOP and other documents for factory production with HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English in writing, reading, and speaking.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on training skills.
  • Team player and self-motivated.
