Technical Storekeeper
Contract: Temporary
DIVISION: Engineering
LOCATION: Qazvin, Iran
REPORTS TO: Technical Store Supervisor
Position Intro
Technical Storekeeper is Responsible to make sure Technical Store Management is being performed in an optimized way, considered all the potential constrains, like: restricted access, proper counting, GMP's, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key link with other stakeholders (i.e.: technicians, maintenance planner and operational buyer) as well as being the main person for all technical stores
Major Responsibilities
• Functional:
- Receive / check the quantity of incoming material.
- Inspect / handover the material to user.
- Posting of GI and GR's
- Watch the stock of depreciated items
- Material counting to ensure material availability
- Make daily receipts of all incoming material.
- Issuance of material as per Issue requisition
- Physical check the balance of issued inventory.
- Keep record of all store documents.
• Methodology:
- Update all measures which we have in TS
- Coaching and checking 5S
- Check the Cleaning and shining of TS
- Check the status of assigned materials & inform store executive regarding low/nill stock level to ensure Material availability
Key Requirements
• Academic Experience: Bachelor in Mechanic / Electric Data analysis Systematic and structured3 years’ experience in a technical field.
• Operational Experience: Having min 3-5 years’ experience in production environment
• Store Operation: Material identification and application.
• Inventory Management: Awareness of all store inventory, store system and safety.
• IT knowledge: Computer operation, especially 1c (AMM) and MS office.
• AMM knowledge
• Fundamental and basic technical knowledge
• BBC Observations platform
• Knowing Spare Part and Specification
