Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, or IT Engineering.
● Knowledge of Linux (LPIC1, and LPIC2).
● Knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle.
Specialist knowledge:
● Familiarity with Network/VMware.
● Familiarity with C, C#, or Java is a priority.
● Familiarity with Linux scripting.
● Excellent listening and communication skills.
● Strong customer relationship skills.
● Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
● Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
● Ability to remain in contact with the client through the completion of the incident.
● Good technical troubleshooting skills.
