We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Lead to join our client, a technology company, and drive product strategy, shape the product roadmap, and lead the product team in developing scalable solutions that support business growth.

This role is ideal for a results-driven product leader with strong technical expertise and experience in product management, who can bridge business objectives and technical execution, make informed product decisions, and translate market needs into valuable, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and defining requirements to product development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize product requirements and manage the roadmap and backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical complexity.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and shape new product initiatives.

Technical Product Leadership
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to translate market needs into practical, scalable product solutions.
• Contribute to technical product decisions by evaluating solutions based on architecture, integrations, performance, and scalability.
• Leverage a strong understanding of APIs and software integrations to support product development and guide technical discussions.
• Ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term business objectives.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Build, develop, and lead the product team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective execution.
• Align stakeholders and cross-functional teams around product priorities, roadmap commitments, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and business functions to ensure effective execution and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Performance & Optimization
• Define and monitor product KPIs to evaluate performance, measure outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Use product analytics, market insights, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and optimize product performance.

What You Bring
• At least 6 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a product leadership role, preferably with B2B software or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical knowledge and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and contribute to technical product decisions.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and a solid understanding of software and service integrations.
• Experience defining product strategy, planning roadmaps, and prioritizing requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and coordinating across product, engineering, and business functions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate product performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams around shared product goals.

Nice To Have
• Experience in SMS services, messaging platforms, telephony infrastructure, or telecommunications.
• A background in software development, Business Intelligence (BI), or data analytics.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-scale products.
• Experience working with API-driven products and platforms serving business customers.
