Technical Product Manager

Job Description

At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Production Manager to join our expanding Lubricant team. If you enjoy helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage the QC function: incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks and finished product testing and release against specification.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis for every batch; keep batch records, retained samples and full traceability.
• Handle non-conformities and customer quality complaints: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain the quality management system and lead ISO 9001, customer and supplier audits.
• Work with the R&D team on development of new products and improvement of existing formulations, including scale-up from laboratory to plant.
• Run product trials, evaluate alternative raw materials and optimize formulation cost.
• Keep Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets and formulation records up to date; follow relevant API, ACEA and OEM specification requirements.
• Support the Sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities: product selection and recommendations, technical presentations, customer visits and trials.
• Answer customer technical inquiries and troubleshoot application problems within the agreed response time.
• Train the Sales team on products, applications and specifications.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of lubricant chemistry, applications, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially related to technical and chemical issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders...
• Understanding global lubricant standards, certifications, and environmental regulations.
• At least bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in technical in the lubricants industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
