Job Description

● Troubleshooting and servicing lab instruments - field of petrochemicals, mining, metals, and cement industry. ● Installing and commissioning lab instruments. ● Responding to customers' technical questions and issues. ● Training and consulting colleagues and customers. ● Preparing technical documents and technical offers.

Requirements

● Knowledge of chromatography systems (GC, HPLC, IC), X-Ray systems (XRF, XRD), combustion techniques (CHNSO), and spectrometers (AAS, UV-Vis, FT-IR, OES, etc.). ● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. ● A technical certificate relating to lab instruments. ● 3 years of experience as a technician for laboratory instruments and analyzers. ● Adaptability, and communication skills in customer relationships. ● Skills in test methods and applications for chromatography systems and spectrometers are highly preferred. ● Basic knowledge of industrial processes (Mining and Metals; Oil and Gas) and instruments functions is required.
