Cooperating in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them.
Cooperating in determining processes related to technical and engineering.Identifying legal requirements related to products and services and updating them.
Supervising the compilation or revision of technical and engineering drawings.
Preparing reports on the technical and engineering status of products and services and presenting them to senior management.
Ensuring the validation of the design and development of new products.
Identifying the equipment and machinery needed to improve or develop the products.
Requirements
Fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge of:
GMP and the ability to prepare and implement relevant documentation.
FAT and SAT of pharmaceutical machinery (lines of edible solids, soft gelatin capsules, injectable products, etc.), pharmaceutical machinery processes such as a tablet, tablet coating, capsule filling, blistering, bottling and granule-making machines, etc.
Zoning of pharmaceutical clean rooms and drawing principles and working with relevant software such as AutoCAD.
Pharmaceutical water systems.
Installation and operation, maintenance and repairs of pharmaceutical facilities and infrastructure such as air conditioners, boilers compressed air production devices, etc.
PM and EM of pharmaceutical machinery.
Repair and design common construction facilities such as building wiring and panels, sewage systems, chillers, etc.
Other qualifications:
At least three years of managerial experience in the engineering technical unit in a pharmaceutical factory.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
