Job Description

● Understand quality policy and aligning unit activities in relation to each other. ● Develop goals and quality plan of the technical and engineering unit and propose it to senior management. ● Search for quality goals and programs and report to senior management. ● Direct search in search for speed control. ● Search for instructions and related implementation methods. ● Effective search in technical and engineering-related processes. ● Identify legal requirements related to the product and service and required updates. ● Supervise the control of technical documents and legal requirements related to the product and service. ● Using application software to compile technical documents. ● Supervise the development or revision of technical and engineering drawings. ● Meet with the customer to clarify customer requirements. ● Development of product or service quality plan including product purchase information, product control characteristics, test and inspection methods, packaging plan and etc. ● Pay attention to useful product and service topics in design and development. ● Develop a schedule for designing and developing new products. ● Formation of specialized working groups for product design and development. ● Find ideas and suggest new product designs. ● Prepare a report on the technical and engineering status of products and services and submit it to senior management. ● Monitor and measure related processes and submit to ISO management representative. ● Product design certification. ● Ensure validation of new product design and development. ● Control changes in design and development and product. ● Staff training needs and notification to the training unit. ● Attend management review meetings and raising issues related to the technical and engineering unit. ● Design of molds and fixtures required to produce products.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering. ● At least 3 years of experience in a similar field and good experiences in facilities operation and maintenance. ● Familiar with technical information of the relating supplier and manufacturer. ● Computer literate with experience in Office Suite – Excel, Word, and CAD programs.
