Job Description

Objective: Organize engineering department with the purpose of excelling in execution / installation tasks Main responsibilities : • Define overall policy for engineering department as per company ISO 9001-2008 standards • Organize and supervise installation jobs in Tehran and the provinces • Assist Sales staff for technical issues during sales meetings • Design engineering details for projects • Provide shop drawings • Sign execution contracts with customers and subcontractors • Identify new subcontractors for execution jobs • Reporting to: Managing Director • Subordinates: 3 persons • Other interactions: Sales Department, Financial Department • Number required : 1 • Duration: Permanent • Desired start date: Immediately • Probation: 3 months • Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm • Travel requirements: Frequent travels to Iranian provinces • Gross monthly base salary: To be discussed • Commission / Bonus: To be discussed • Other Benefits: Transport allowance

Requirements

• University qualifications: Masters in Civil Engineering • Previous experience: At least 7 years as Project or Technical Manager • Past experience in cladding projects (thermo wood, ceramic porcelain, HPL, aluminum composite ...) will be considered as a major asset • Specialist knowledge: Project Management • Sales engineering • Engineering Detailing / Shop drawing • Facade / Cladding engineering • Contractor Invoicing (Sourat Vaziat) • Good command of AutoCAD + MS Project • Knowledge of ISO standards preferred • Other Skills: Leadership ability • Organizational abilities • Ideal Age Range: 30 to 45 • Gender Preference: Male • Nationality Preference: Iranian • Language Skills: Persian • Current Residence: Tehran
