Job Title: Technical Expert

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to the sales team and prepare relevant documentation.
• Develop proposals, guidelines, and technical reports.
• Create technical content and educational materials to introduce products.
• Review technical specifications of projects and propose engineering solutions.
• Collaborate in technical testing, data analysis, and preparation of analytical reports.
• Work closely with the technical team in executing research and development (R&D) initiatives.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Candidates from other related fields will only be considered if they have direct, proven experience in polymer coatings.
• Proficiency in English (technical correspondence and meetings).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in polymer coatings or chemical products.
• Practical familiarity with technical standards and requirements related to industrial coating systems and protective surface treatments.
• Strong ability to prepare technical documentation, analyze data, and present clear engineering conclusions.
• Strong professional communication skills, the ability to analyze and solve technical problems, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a structured work environment.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred age range: Up to 40 years.
