We are looking for a skilled and committed Technical Expert to join the after-sales service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising technical operations, ensuring high-quality repair services, training technicians, and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.

Responsibilities
• Training technical staff
• Training in fire safety and rescue procedures
• Conducting required pre-repair tests and ensuring systematic repair processes
• Providing expert consultation to customers regarding technical issues
• Monitoring completion timelines and ensuring timely vehicle delivery
• Reviewing and implementing technical bulletins, instructions, recalls, and service procedures
• Categorizing and maintaining technical guidelines and training materials for dealership staff
• Maintaining and updating technical archives for each car model
• Inspecting repair quality performed by technicians
• Verifying necessary test drive results before delivery to the customer
• Preparing required technical reports for management
• Coordinating calibration, equipment measurement, and tool availability
• Supervising maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Technical / Engineering fields with at least 2 years of experience in automotive repair services
• Associate degree with 4 years, or Technical diploma with 6 years relevant repair experience
• Strong knowledge of engine systems, gearbox, fuel system, braking systems, chassis, electrical systems, body electronics, and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with CNG systems (for dealerships providing CNG services)
• Familiarity with company communication software
• Knowledge of office applications (general)
• Understanding of safety regulations, fire control, and emergency response
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, negotiation skills, supervisory skills, and calibration basics
